Fascinating Flora

Opportunities... I have a Rock Garden in my yard, and one day I went over to check it out. New life and growth had pushed its way up through the weight of the rocks. I took this picture and then asked the Lord for the saying. This is what came this is really a “Metaphor for Life. Although our life may be ‘rocky’ at times, it is through the ‘rockyness’ of our life comes the greatest opportunities for new growth and new life.” And so it is.

Inspiration and Encouragement: One morning I was at Mohonk Mountain House in New Paltz, New York and after a wonderful breakfast I decided to go for a walk. I came out one of the side doors and low and behold I came upon this beautiful pink flower with dew drops hanging off of its thin, fragile blades. It stopped me in my tracks - it called out to me: Marie, why do you worry about everything, don’t you see I take care of the flowers and make sure that they are nurtured. How much more do I take care of you?” I took the picture of the flower and quickly the spiritual and inspirational sayings came flowing forth. This picture says “Faith!” “Courage”, “Hope”.
