Personal Transformation: The Journey Within

This seminar provides an introduction to explore your own personal identity, some of your personal strengths, gifts, talents and values. We will also raise your awareness of any potential challenges that may present themselves and learn how to address those challenges. Using some practical life skill coaching we provide practical solutions to help you move forward in your journey of personal transformation and renewal.
