As a Christian life coach, I partner with you and develop a unique relationship based on mutual respect, honesty, trust and integrity. We also recognize and acknowledge the power and presence of God in our coaching relationship. As your Christian life coach, I support and guide you through each step as you explore the truth of your own greatness. You will discover your natural, God-given gifts and talents and how to use them in your daily life.

You will become more aware of the presence and activity of God in your life through Jesus Christ, and the powerful, indwelling divine Spirit of God - who is within you to guide and direct your daily journey - empowering you beyond your limitations, and leading you into a more fulfilling, satisfying and abundant life.

I take a holistic approach to Christian life coaching: balancing the mind, body and spirit. Jesus’ lived his life knowing that his spiritual life, his relationship with God the Father, could not be separate from his personal, daily life. Jesus needed to work at balancing his body, mind and spiritual needs. Your spiritual life is what supports and guides you in your daily life. Without the spiritual element you are trying to run on ‘empty’ with no resource to renew and refresh and empower yourself through the challenges of daily life.

Wherever you are in your personal development, there is always an opportunity for more growth. You may reach plateaus and face challenges and decisions which bring out your fears. Jesus’ command to us is “Be Not Afraid” (Matt 28:10). Christian life coaching helps move you away from fear into a position of empowerment to take your life back and to create the life that the Lord has desired for you.

Christian life coaching focuses on inner transformation because that is the basis for true and lasting growth.

Although every client is special and unique, my clients most often discover their true greatness, as sons and daughters of God, as disciples of the Lord, Jesus Christ, empowered with the same divine Spirit as Jesus Christ.
